lewisLewis A. Lilla is a veteran New York City Police Detective. He served in a variety of assignments Including the Homicide Task Force/Major Case Squad and the Organized Crime Control Bureau (O.C.C.B). In his Law enforcement career he was involved in the execution of over 300 high risk warrants.

Upon retirement from the Police Department he became a licensed private investigation and a Licensed Bail Bond Agent. Realizing the bail industry lacked any creditable bail enforcement training program, Lewis came up with a high tempo, low risk training module to assist agents in the bail industry. Lewis is also a New York State Certified Bail Agent Instructor and is also a member of the New York Tactical Officers Association and the National Tactical Officers Association.

zalewskiSteven Zalewski is a licensed attorney, has over 25 years experience in the criminal Justice and court systems. In his tenure he has served and Chair of many Criminal Court panels and organizations. He also founded a law firm that specializes in commercial civil litigation. His interest in bail bonds and the bail industry inspired him to become as an owner operator. Steve began to focus his legal practice on all aspects the Bail Industry. He has been called upon by a variety of Insurance Companies to render legal opinions in bail in all aspects of the bail bond industry, including, state lobbying efforts, forfeitures and remissions, and the use of force in the bail industry. Steve is a licensed Bail Bond Agent, a New York State Certified Bail Agent Instructor and a member of the New York Tactical Officers Association.
seidelChris Seidel is a veteran New York City police officer and a veteran Navy Chief (Expeditionary Warfare Specialist). In his tenure as a N.Y.C. police officer he was firearms instructor, and holds a D.O.D. firearms training certificate. He also provided armed response for Terrorism/Active Shooters for High- Value assets as part of his tenure as a police officer. . Chris is highly decorated and served two tours in Iraq. Chris is involved in the bail industry as an agent performing investigative and apprehension duties. He is also a New York STate Certified Bail Agent Instructor and a member of the New York Tactical Officers Association, and the National Tactical Officers Association.

Jim-BraunsteinJames Braunstein is a veteran New York City Police Sergeant and, an active Emergency Medical Technician, with the Baldwin Fire Department, and a certified First Aid and CPR instructor. During his career, Jim was an Emergency Medical Specialist with the FDNY and was one of the founding members of their Hazardous Materials Response Unit. Jim is also a New York State Bail Agent and a New York State Certified Bail Agent Instructor, and is a member of the New York Tactical Officers Association.

lynch-wayne-pictourWayne Lynch is a veteran New York City Police Sergeant. Wayne conducts private investigations and fugitive apprehensions. Prior to Wayne’s employment with the NYPD he was an Emergency Medical Specialist with the City of New York assigned to the Hazardous Material Response Unit. He is also a certified First aid and CPR instructor and is a member of the New York Tactical Officers Association.

copertinoAndrew Copertino is a veteran New York City Police Detective. His assignments included the Intelligence and Counter Terrorism Units, and while part of the counter terrorism unit he was assigned to the Federal Task Force for Terrorism. During his career in the New York City Police Department he was also involved in the execution of over 300 warrants. He is a skilled Kung Fu Practitioner with over 26 year’s experience. His focuses and instructs in Police Defensive Tactics.
